Our animals have a way of becoming such an important part of our lives. From their familiar expressions to their individual personalities, it's often the little things that mean the most.
My portrait sessions are designed to capture those details in a relaxed and natural way, creating photographs that reflect the character of the dog or horse you know and love.
A Relaxed, Personal Experience
Every dog and horse is different, and I believe the best portraits come from allowing their individual character to shine through.
Whether your dog is full of energy or your horse has a quieter nature, I'll take the time to get to know them and work at their pace.
There's no need to worry about perfect behaviour or knowing how to pose. I'll gently guide you throughout, allowing plenty of time to capture natural expressions, thoughtful portraits and those little moments in between.
And if you'd love to be included in a few photographs together, you're very welcome to join in.

Black Background Equine Portraits
Beautiful, timeless portraits of your horse against a striking black background.
These shorter sessions take place at your own yard, using natural light to create a simple, elegant portrait that really brings out your horse's character.
Individual sessions and discounted group bookings are available, making them a lovely option for organising a portrait day with other owners at your yard.
Sessions from £50 per horse. Photographs purchased separately.

I've carefully selected a range of professional printing and framing options, allowing you to turn the photographs you love into artwork that complements your home.
During your private viewing appointment, I'll help you explore the different sizes, frames and finishes available, so you can choose something that feels just right for your space.
Framed wall art starts from £295, with the corresponding digital image included.

I'll work patiently at their pace, allowing time for them to settle and feel comfortable. Whether your dog is full of energy or your horse is a little nervous, I'll adapt the session to suit them.

Whether you'd love a few natural moments together or a more traditional portrait, I'll gently guide you so you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Sessions usually take place outdoors in a location that suits your dog or horse, whether that's somewhere familiar to them or a setting we've chosen together.
I'll be happy to help you decide on a suitable location when we plan your session.

As my sessions take place outdoors, the weather plays an important part in creating the right conditions.
If the forecast isn't suitable, we'll arrange another date. I'd always rather wait for the right conditions than rush a session in poor weather.
